About Us

Presentable Properties is a division of Bath And Counties Developments Ltd, which was established in February 1985, trading as a registered house builder and contractor.

Due to increased demand for providing a "One stop Project Management Service", Presentable Properties was launched.

The team behind the company has a wealth of experience in project management, providing a comprehensive service for any trade needed in the house or garden, either pre or post sale.

The overall responsibility and the day to day running of the company is carried out by Christopher Kent, founder and owner of Presentable Properties.

House building and contracting has been in Christopher's family since the late 1950's.  During the last 10 years Christopher has been instrumental in building over 50 houses in the Cotswolds, a market very well known to him.

Our landscaping department, which is run by Adrian Harding-Wyatt, can take care of maintenance issues from simply lawn moving to more complicated projects such as turfing or creating new herbaceous borders.  All machinery and equipment will be included in the price quoted.

Frank McQueen will be your co-ordinator for all trades needed to carry out work in your home.  Frank, a trained carpenter, has been in the building industry for over 45 years.  He will ensure the smooth running of any project.
