- 365 days a year, 24 hours a day
- First point of contact for all emergencies.
- Provide access for Trades, Contractors and deliveries
Property Inspections
- Regular internal and external checks on your house and grounds, whether it’s short or long term.
- Inform you of any maintenance or security issues and provide you with a full report and photographs if applicable.
- Resolve any maintenance or security issues.
Maintenance and Building work
- Organise and obtain quotations for any maintenance or building work.
- We have an extensive network of highly qualified contractors and tradesmen.
- Schedule and project manage all work carried out.
- Provide regular updates with photographs when applicable.
Gardening and Cleaning
- We will arrange both of these services for you and supervise all work
Post Collection
- Collect all post and re-direct if necessary[at cost]
Administration
- Provide full monthly accounts
- Pay any monthly bills through the client account
